 Attendees will strengthen their skills to uncover how biases stem from individual experiences, culture, social groups, and memories. The session provides strategies for making informed decisions to mitigate workplace harm, offers tools tool to interrupt or reframe bias.   . 

    Offers attendees chance to gain a deeper understanding of the interplay between justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI*) and their organization's mission, vision, values, and practices, and will offer valuable insights into potential pathways to communicate and define this connection.  

 Participants will be offered practical strategies to develop their emotional intelligence (EQ) skills in self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management, which they can apply to further their organization's workplace culture and practices.
